My Wake-Up Call

One evening, while sharing quiet TV time with my daughter, I got a work email. Without thinking, I turned away mid-conversation to answer it.
The look in her eyes stopped me cold.
In that moment, I saw the truth my higher self had been whispering for years:
I was choosing urgency over intimacy. Performance over presence. A stranger’s crisis over my own child’s heart.
That was the night my successful life cracked open.
For ten years, I had thrived in a global health and wellness company—leading teams, changing lives, and building what looked like a dream career. But beneath the shiny surface? I was burnt out, disconnected, and hiding behind a mask of “I’ve got this.”
It wasn’t sustainable. And it wasn’t who I truly was.
The Shift
When COVID hit, I knew it wasn’t just a global shake-up. It was my divine permission slip.
I walked away from corporate. I walked toward my soul.
And no—I didn’t become richer, thinner, or more well-traveled.
I became something much more powerful: whole.
I stopped ignoring my intuition and started living from it.
I invested in mentors, certifications, and spiritual studies. I reclaimed my voice, befriended my Inner Critic, and owned the parts of myself I’d been taught to dim.
I built a life where my success is sacred and my strategy is soul-led.
What I Do Now
I’m the Founder of Mindfulness With Mahara, a platform where high-achieving women learn to stop performing and start leading—from truth, not fear.
As a Success Alchemist, I combine mindset coaching, intuitive strategy, and deep shadow integration to guide my clients into alignment with their highest self.
