Imagine a ring of golden light surrounding your entire body.

With each breath, allow it to grow stronger.

Steady.

Protective.

Alive.

Place your hands over your heart and say:

“My light is sacred.”

“My peace is protected.”

Feel the truth of those words settle into your body.
