THE TORCH CAPACITY ARC
The Torch™ is structured as a six-stage leadership progression.
Each stage develops a different behavioural capacity required for steady leadership under pressure.
Together, they form the foundation of powerful leadership.
Phase 1: STAND & STABILIZE
Building Reaction Awareness and Leadership Posture
Months 1–2
Leadership begins with awareness.
In the first phase of The Torch™, we train your ability to notice the moment when pressure enters a situation and remain steady instead of reacting automatically.
You develop reaction awareness and posture stability — the ability to hold your position without collapsing into explanation, people-pleasing, or retreat.
This phase installs the foundation for everything that follows.
Outcome
You see the moment sooner, hold your ground under pressure, and create space for a deliberate response rather than an automatic reaction.
So that instead of being pulled into the moment, you begin leading it.
Phase 2: STRETCH & SPEAK
Expanding Your Leadership Range
Months 3–4
Once stability is established, leadership range expands.
In this phase, you step beyond familiar behavioural patterns — speaking more directly, making decisions sooner, and operating with greater authority in conversations and situations that previously felt uncomfortable.
This is where your leadership voice becomes clear.
Outcome
You communicate more clearly, act more decisively, and expand your leadership range.
So that instead of hesitating or over-explaining, you lead the conversation and move decisions forward.
Phase 3: STRATEGIZE & SOVEREIGN
Embodied Leadership
Months 5–6
In the final phase, leadership becomes integrated.
Your nervous system is no longer consumed with reaction management, which allows you to think strategically and lead with greater foresight.
Decisions become clearer. Communication becomes cleaner. Authority becomes natural.
Outcome:
You embody steady, self-trusting leadership.
