You are not meant to be flawless.

Sit or stand tall.
Lower your shoulders.
Place one hand on your chest.
Exhale slowly.
Say aloud:
“Good enough is holy.”
Then say:
“I do not need to earn my right to be here.”
Notice where your body unclenches.
