This card arrives when you have swallowed your truth for too long — when your body is done holding what your voice would not release. Sacred Rage is the fire that rises when your boundaries have been crossed, your self-respect ignored, or your power minimized.

This is not destructive rage.
This is clarifying rage.

The kind that wakes you up.

Your fire is a compass.
It points directly to the place where you abandoned yourself to stay agreeable, safe, or small.

You are not here to burn everything down.
You are here to burn through the lies.

Let the heat tell the truth.
Let the truth show you what must change.

This card marks the beginning of your reclamation.

Embodiment Practice

Stand with your feet grounded.
Place both hands on your belly.
On the inhale, clench your fists lightly.
On the exhale, soften your shoulders.

Repeat three times and say aloud:

“My fire is information, not shame.”

Then ask yourself:
What is this fire trying to protect?

Questions for the Throne

Where have you been shrinking or silencing yourself to avoid conflict?
What truth is your rage asking you to honour today?
