The Technique: Place one hand on your heart and one on your stomach. Take three deep breaths, then ask yourself: "What do I know to be true beyond my thoughts?" Wait for the sensation—not words or analysis—that arises in your body. Notice if there's a release, softening, or clarity that emerges.

3. The Queen's Question Reframe

The Technique: Identify the disempowering question driving your overthinking (e.g., "What if I fail?" or "What will they think?"). Then, consciously reframe it from your Shadow Queen's perspective: "How would I approach this if I already knew my worth?" or "What would I do if I wasn't concerned with others' approval?"

Why It Works: This practice activates your Shadow Queen—the authentic power you've hidden away. By shifting the question, you change the entire thinking pathway and access confidence that overthinking obscures.
